BILL JACKS – PRESIDENT

An industry veteran that has a 20-year background in Renewables, High Voltage, and Safety and Training positions working with companies such as Xcel Energy, Progress Energy, Clipper Windpower, and UpWind Solutions. Bill has extensive experience in company organization and structuring, field operations, safety, and training. He is the co-founder of Titan Renewables.

ASHLI DOLAN – ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Ashli has a passion for renewable energy and coupled with an aptitude for accounting makes employment with Titan a successful match. Ashli was fortunate to join Titan shortly after inception and has been growing with the company for over 5 years leading the charge in the accounting department. Ashli has more than a combined 15 years of experience in the accounting field. She strives to excel in leadership and is devoted to the growth and success of the company through seamless & efficient transactions with our valued customers.

KLAUS OBEL – DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Klaus brings in 35 years of diversified experience in the Renewables field to the Titan organization. His extensive international project management and EPC construction experience building and operating well over 3GW of renewable projects, including a 10MW / 20MWh battery storage facility, uniquely qualifies him to manage your next project. His tenacity for details & accuracy ensures projects are well thought through, and potential opportunities & risks are identified/mitigated to deliver the successful completion of Customers’ projects.

Klaus holds General Contractor’s licenses in multiple states and has previously worked for SunEdison, First Wind, UPC, FP&L, GE, and Vestas.

JADE HOOPES – OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Operations Manager, Jade is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, customer interactions, and crew needs to ensure Titan Renewables is providing quality work with an outstanding safety record for our customers. Coupled with his working experiences at Phillips Dodge, Freeport McMorran, Bowen and JMTJ, Jade brings multiple years of electrical experience & construction management experience with a strong background working in substations, copper mines, and the solar sector.

Jade holds a TDLR Electrical license and a general contractor license for JotaMuEta Services LLC.

IGOR MOLL – DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & LOGISTICS

Igor combines his organizational Training & Development experience to support Titan’s Field Teams. After his 10-year career in the Netherlands Army as an airmobile infantry officer, Igor worked as an all-around business consultant and Project & Program Manager for one of Europe’s biggest ICT companies, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He continued to work for a consultancy firm for the next 19 years as a Business Manager, trainer, consultant, coach, and therapist, to assist clients from multiple global Fortune 500 companies to improve their business and employee mental health and effectiveness. Igor is passionate about employee development & identifying opportunities for improvements.

Igor holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, a Master’s in Organizational Sciences, a Master’s in Psychology, and a post-Master’s in Labor & Organizational Consultancy.
