LEADERSHIP TEAM

BO THISTED – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Has been a leader in renewables for over 25 years. He was one of the original architects of O&M and EHS standards for General Electric. He also led the initial roll-out of the GE 1.5 MW fleet in North America and later managed all GE prototype and special projects. He went on to found UpWind Solutions, the largest independent service provider with nearly 3GW under long term O&M agreements. He led several capital raises and acquisitions and the company recently sold. He then co-founded Next Level Solutions, who focused on building and optimizing service
organizations before co-founding Titan Renewables.

BILL JACKS – PRESIDENT

An industry veteran that has a 20-year background of Renewables, High Voltage, and Safety and Training positions working with companies such as Xcel Energy, Progress Energy, Clipper Windpower, and UpWind Solutions. Bill has extensive experience in company organization and structuring, field operations, safety and training. He is the co-founder of Titan Renewables.

KLAUS – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

30 years diversified experience in renewables. His extensive international project management and EPC construction experience having built and operated well over 3GW of renewable projects, including a 20MW battery storage facility, is uniquely qualifying him to manage your next project. Klaus holds General Contractor’s licenses in multiple states has previously worked for SunEdison, First Wind, UPC, FP&L, GE and Vestas.

JOHANNES COPELAND – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jonas is a former US Marine Officer who served in two deployments in Iraq after studying
Economics at the University of Chicago. He has since worked with two non-profit green building and solar companies, leading crews of volunteers to help low-income residents obtain affordable housing and clean energy. He co-founded a SunPower dealership as its COO for
several years before managing the Commercial Solar O&M program for SolarCity/Tesla Energy. At Tesla, Jonas managed over 700 MW of distributed solar, commercial & utility energy storage, and the fleet of 580+ Supercharger stations across North America.
